PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • You can raise exchange request from the 'My Account' section with ease or you can drop us a mail at emerge.onlinesales@gmai.com mentioning the product and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new product will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from the 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at emerge.onlinesales@gmail.com mentioning that you need the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 24 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you.
  • The product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • As soon as we get the product back, We will initiate the refund.
